Prima Migrations Relocation was established in 2005 as Prima Logistics, later on with the high valued customer rated performances we came up with services like Record Management, Media Tapes Movement & Network Integrated technology Services by the virtue of that we rechristened as Prima Migrations.
On-Site Meeting Since every single move is unique, we begin the relocation process by conducting an onsite visit, where one of our skilled project team members will access what your specific project entails. At this meeting, it is our goal to accomplish the following: learn all of the details in regards to your move, work to create a move-plan that will best suite your company's needs, and answer any questions that you may have. Following this, we will then take an inventory of everything that will be moving, as well as access the building conditions at both your current and future locations.
After the onsite visit, it is then our job to calculate the necessary schedule and associated manpower in order to allow for a smooth transition into your new office. We account for all of the important variables learned during our in person meeting, and in turn, create an estimate that is both cost effective and successfully meets your firm's needs.
Once the proposal is approved, the project management portion of your move will begin. This proves to be a crucial part of the move process, because it ultimately allows for a seamless transition. Prior to your move, one of our experienced project managers will visit your office and "tag," or label, everything that will be moving according to our unique numbering system. This ensures that on the day of your move, our team will know the exact location of where everything will go.
With all of the planning previously taken care of, everything is in place for a successful relocation. On the day of your move, our team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time and execute the previously agreed upon move plan, all under the supervision of our experienced project managers and supervisors. Thus by having a team of trained professionals there to support you, your move will be completed on-time and on-budget.
Depending on the complexity of the project, our clients may require some additional assistance once the move is complete. For post-move services, we can supply you with a small team lead by your designated project manager, in order to assist your firm's staff in the days following the move. This could include help with unpacking, breaking down and collecting of boxes, or even the shifting around of some furniture. No matter the task, it is our goal to help you and your staff quickly settle into your new home!
